Booking with Jen was easy. Her communication was clear and consistent and we never felt like we did not know what was going to happen. As a parent with middle school age kids, this becomes very important. One serendipitous moment is when we found out that Jen had somehow worked magic to get us a room upgrade. It included a nicer room and a breakfast meal for two. This was completely a surprise for us and we were thrilled to have an advisor truly looking out for curating the best travel experience possible for us. We will absolutely use Jen again for future travel.

Jen is so kind and patient, and very timely with getting us information, even down to what the weather would be like during our cruise. She thought of so many little details that were extremely helpful and blessed us with a sweet gift in our room when we arrived. I would definitely book a trip with Jen again in the future.

This entire trip, totally planned by our Travel Advisor, Jen, was amazing. She planned and booked the flights, hotels at the beginning and end of the cruise, the cruise staterooms and excursions for our family.
